Washing Instructions:
You can wash your sheets in cool or warm water with mild liquid detergent, then tumble dry on the low or medium heat setting. These sheets are tough and can handle whatever you throw at them. We do not recommend using bleach or fabric softener.

The wait is almost over! The bulk shipment lands this week, and rewards start heading your way starting Monday, October 13th. You will receive a tracking number in your email as soon as your rewards are packed and shipped.
Please make sure to check your spam/junk folders for your tracking information and to closely monitor the tracking updates (especially if you're located outside of the United States)
It might take 2-3 days to see any updates from the date you receive your tracking number- that's completely normal. Give it a few days and check the tracking link again for any updates.
If you don't receive a tracking number in your email by Friday, October 17th, or if you need to make any last-minute changes to your survey, please reach out to us at [email protected]

📦 Shipping Update: Slight Delay, Still on Track!

Hey backers 👋
We’re back with another quick update from Casamera HQ!
As with all things worth waiting for, we've hit a tiny snag. Our factory ran into an unexpected delay in finalizing production, and while it’s not what we hoped for, we’re still on track to deliver what we promised, just a little later than planned.
New timeline update:
✅ Production completed: August 21st
✅ Goods in our hands: September 25th
✅ Shipping begins: shortly after we receive the goods
We’re in close contact with the factory, and we're happy to say that production has now been completed. The delay occurred because the dyeing facility prioritized a larger order ahead of ours, despite us confirming our schedule more than twice.
Rather than rush or switch to a smaller, less reliable facility (potentially compromising quality), we chose to wait. Quality is still our north star, so we’d rather take the time to get it perfect than rush it out the door!
Surveys:
While all completed surveys have been locked, we haven’t charged any cards yet- that will happen when we're about 2-3 weeks away from shipping, so you’re not billed too early and still have time to update your order if needed. Cards will be charged around September 10th.
You’ll get a heads-up before anything happens. For now, there’s nothing you need to do, unless you haven’t completed your survey yet. If that’s the case, CLICK HERE to get back into your survey and help us prepare your order for shipping.

Quick update on what's happening on our side!
The embroidery process is taking a little longer than we expected (turns out perfection takes time!), so production is now scheduled to wrap up by the end of this month. That means we should have the completed bed sheets in hand by mid-August, and shipping is now set to kick off in late August instead of earlier in the month.
We'll be locking down all completed surveys on July 15th to start preparing for fulfillment and shipping your rewards out promptly.
Locking down the surveys means that:
- The address you provided on the survey will be the address we ship your rewards to 📍
- This is your last chance to purchase additional add-ons at a discounted rate! 🚿
- Your card will be charged if you selected more add-ons or have any pending shipping charges. If you used PayPal, your card was charged when you submitted the survey 💸
- You'll guarantee your spot in the first batch of orders shipping out 📦
