What sizes will be available?
Our goal is to ensure every backer receives a set of life-changing bed sheets. Based on the track record of previous bed sheet Kickstarter campaigns, this is an exceptionally challenging product to produce and successfully deliver.
To give ourselves the best shot at success, we had to limit sizing availability to two sizes: King and Queen in US standard sizing. It’s worth noting that the Queen size fits well with Twin, Double, and Full size mattresses. Our King size will fit a Super King mattress- you’ll have extra material to tuck in, but it’s close enough for a neat fit. Refer to our size chart to find the most suitable size for your mattress.

How do i select the size and color for my sheets?
At the end of the campaign, you will receive a post-campaign survey through Backerkit. This is where you’ll be able to choose the color and size of your bed sheets, add more items and add-ons to your order, and this is also where you will provide us with your shipping address so we know where to ship your rewards.

When will I receive my package?
We plan to ship out rewards on a first-come, first-serve basis starting at the end of August. If you pledged for one of the super early bird reward tiers and your Backerkit survey is complete, you’ll be the first to receive your rewards.

What colors are available?
The sheets are available in the Charcoal (grey) color you see in the campaign page and in our main video. Once we hit our stretch goal at $200k, the Pearl White color will be unlocked as an option for all backers. If we hit our goals, you will have two color choices available: Charcoal and Pearl White.

How do i take care of these sheets?
The bed sheets can be machine-washed in warm water and tumble-dried on low or medium heat.
We made sure to keep them as low-maintenance as possible. Toss them in the wash once a week or so, and they’ll stay fresh as new.

Will there be an option to purchase individual pieces like the fitted or flat sheet?
Yes, individual fitted sheets are currently available on Kickstarter as add-ons you can add to any pledge. Individual fitted sheets will also be available in the post-campaign survey so you can build your ideal bed set the way you want it.

Am i going to have to pay additional fees for customs or tarrifs?
Nope! We’ve got you covered. There are no customs duties for US backers, and for international backers, we’ll handle the entire process for you. You won’t be asked to pay anything extra upon delivery. All applicable fees are collected upfront through BackerKit, which helps ensure a smoother delivery, better tracking, and fewer unexpected charges.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
